Nice job on completing that cardio workout – Now don’t forget to stretch! Stretching after your cardio workout is key to avoiding injuries. And it really doesn’t have to take much time. Just three minutes is enough to give your legs a stretch and keep your muscles in good post-cardio shape.
This stretch routine consists of three different stretches done with both legs for 30 seconds each. You will do:
1) Quad stretch
2) Hamstring stretch
3) Glute stretch
Keep in mind that this is for after your cardio workout when your leg muscles are warm.
