5 Minute Hamstring Stretch and Headache Reliever with Kelly Mohan

Forward bends stretch out your hips, hamstrings and calves while keeping your spine strong and flexible. Try these 3 variations especially when feeling tired, stressed and/or have a headache! For a gentle variation (and for those that have back or leg injuries) place your hands against a wall with your body perpendiclur to your legs and/or bend the knees.
