At Home GLUTE Workout – Bands, Weights, & Body Strength

Hi everyone! In today’s video I wanted to share an At Home GLUTE Isolation workout using resistance bands, weights, and my own body weight. My main goal in creating these exercises was to target an isolation in the glutes, as well as creating a challenge. These exercises can be modify to the equipment you own at home, and to your own level. I go in depth in showing ways to stretch at the end of the exercises. It is very important to stretch prior, and after as it aides in recovering the muscles. Please feel free to take along in this video, or use it in your own routine. Thank you for watching my videos. Resistance band are from Xbands.com
I bought the entire set, and personally I recommend the purple, and red band set. I used them the most, and they are very challenging.
