Back Stretch

Go down to your hands and knees with the hands shoulder-width apart and the knees hip-width apart. Your abs should be engage and the back flat. Involve your abdominals as though you were pulling your naval toward your spine and round back toward the ceiling. Let your head and neck fall naturally between the arms as you perform this stretch.
