I’ve been training for a 5K race (May 20th!) and one of the most important things after a run is to get in a good stretch while your muscles are still warm. I usually run, walk it off to bring my heart rate back down for about a minute, then I hit the floor to stretch it out. These are my favorite stretches after running.
