Build Your GLUTES ANYWHERE Workout!

This is a workout you can do at home, at the park, at the gym or ANYWHERE to build strong glutes! I was SO sore after doing this, I know you’re going to love it! I’ve written out exactly how the workout should go down below for clarification. Leave a comment for video request & thank you for watching! -3 TOTAL ROUNDS-

Circuit One:
12 split squats (each side)
superset with: 20 jump lunges total

*rest 1 minute*

Circuit Two:
20 glute bridges
superset with: 20 stiff leg deadlifts

*rest 1 minute*

Circuit Three:
20 alternating step back goblet lunges
superset with: 20 jump squats

*rest 1 minutes*

Now repeat two more times! 🙂
