30 seconds of jogging in place
10 Bend & Reach stretches
30 seconds of High Knees
Torso Rotations (5 each direction)
30 seconds of Butt Kickers
10 Heel to Toe Rocks
Hip Stretch – Right leg – 10 seconds
Hip Stretch #2 – Right leg – 10 seconds
Pigeon Stretch – Right leg – 10 seconds
Hip Stretch – Left leg – 10 seconds
Hip Stretch #2 – Left leg – 10 seconds
Pigeon Stretch – Left leg – 10 seconds
Hamstring Stretch – Right leg – 15 seconds
Hamstring Stretch – Left leg – 15 seconds
Quad Stretch – Right leg – 15 seconds
Quad Stretch – Left leg – 15 seconds
