Day 5: Middle Splits Challenge!!!

Hey everyone !!!

Welcome to Day 5!!!

Start by repeating days 1-4, then repeat the following twice on each side ☺️

Exercises:
1- Inner thigh lift from seated (rotate the leg externally from the hip) – 8-12 reps
2- Quad lift and lateral travel – 8-12 reps

Stretches:
1- Head to knee (both sides)- hold for 30seconds, 10 breathes, or until uncomfortable + 15seconds
2- Side bend in head to knee position (both sides) – hold for 30seconds, 10 breathes, or until uncomfortable + 15seconds
