A series of quick and easy stretches that you can do anywhere to relieve shoulder pain, stiffness, lack of mobility and enable you to exercise and train more effectively. Can be done without any equipment and takes only 5 minutes. Do it 2 or 3 times a week and see the results in a month.

If you use weights and do exercises like bench press, shoulder press, lateral raises or dumbbell fly’s then these stretches will prevent ongoing injury and decrease pain.
