This video illustrates three simple exercises you can attempt if you have been diagnosed with a bulging disc that is oriented to one side; i.e. the Left or Right side, and you are experiencing lower back pain accompanied by pain, numbness or tingling down the same side leg. This presentation highly suggests that your bulging disc is contacting one of the nerve roots that comprise the sciatic nerve, which runs down the length of the leg down to the foot. If the disc cells are in good condition, you may be able to move the bulging material off of the nerve root by doing these exercises.
