Basic Hip corrective exercises to stop back pain and hip discomfort.

Soft tissue work
Roll the Calves and Hip Flexors 4 Rounds each side
then move on to static stretches,
Static Stretch Hip flexor and calf/achillies
4-5 rounds of 45 seconds each side

Iso Stength
Glute Bridges 4 rounds 0f 10-12 reps with 2 sec hold

Band work
2 rounds
45 degree backward steps 12 each leg
Side Steps 12 each leg
