These leg exercises are a combination of Pilates and ballet exercises. I will show an example before beginning hopefully allowing you enough time to get ready. A tip on turnout: Turnout comes from the hips not the feet… Use your hip and inner thigh muscles to turn out. Don’t force it, this will cause serious knee problems if done incorrectly over a long period of time… It is ok if your legs don’t turn out very much just work with what you can do for now.
