In this exercise video, I’ll be demonstrating a glute activation routine using 4 movements that you can do at home or anywhere. I sometimes add this as a muscle warm up routine but it can also be added to your at home glute training, and glute building workout! These exercises can be performed at almost any fitness level and if done correct, with proper form, will help decrease your risk of injuries, increase joint mobility, increase flexibility/range of motion, increase strength, increase joint stability, sculpt, and define your butt and hip flexers!
