I did this glutes and hamstrings workout and boy, IT IS FREAKING KILLER. My hamstrings are on fire still, two days later. I love pushing myself and trying different exercises. I’ve been switching it up while doing Nikki Blackketter’s Find Your Happy Challenge. HOW MANY DAMN SQUATS A GIRL GOTTA DO TO LOOK LIKE NIKKI B. Lemme know.
I also showed you guys my stretching routine. I don’t always stretch, but I try to do it on the days when I know i’ve pushed myself hard. It’s SO important to stretch after. It helps recovery and also helps prevent injuries. So stretch damn it!
