Hip and Lumbar Stretching

Dr. LaBelle describes various hip and lumbar stretches
Lower lumbar Twist: Hold each stretch for 60 seconds approximately 3-5 minutes per side daily
Hip and Glute Stretch: 30-60 seconds per angle on each side- daily 2-4 times a day
Pigeon Pose: 30-60 seconds per angle on each side daily 2-4 times a day
Hip Flexor Stretch: 30-60 seconds per angle on each side daily 2-4 times a day
