How to Fix Flat Feet (Part 2 Mobility and Flexibility)

In this video, I continue to cover some of the issues and problems associated with flat feet, as well as how to fix this condition. In the beginning of the video, I talk about the major problems that tight muscles cause specifically within the feet and calf complex.

As the video continues, I show you some stretches and soft tissue work that you can do to improve mobility and prevent movement restrictions. A few of these stretches and soft tissue work involves the use of a foam roller and lacrosse ball.
