How to fix rounded shoulders/Thoracic kyphosis/excessive protraction
This video shows some exercises you can try at home to open up your shoulders when muscle tightness is the primary issue.
There may be other issues effecting spinal curvatures or the position of your shoulders so listen to your own GP/physio/magician’s advice because I’m just a guy on the interwebs.
