LAUREN BATTAGLINI is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified in Trigger Point Therapy. Lauren is a 2010 graduate of Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh. She actively participated in competitive volleyball, softball and soccer. Throughout her entire life, Lauren has always had health and fitness as her number one priority. Lauren also trains in the martial arts, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu.

KIEL KING has an MS in Exercise Science, he also holds the following certification, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, US Army Master Fitness Trainer, Advanced Exercise Nutrition, Certified Trigger Point Therapy, American Heart Association CPR & AED Certified

Kiel is a 2004 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He brings his skills as a retired Captain to all that take his classes!

Kiel has also competed as an amateur Boxer and Muay Thai Kickboxer over the last 13 years. His most recent accomplishment is winning the AKBF 165lb Hudson Valley Title by 2nd round KO.
