Important stretches for hockey

The whole body should be flexible to play hockey. But these three are the most important. Secondary ones would be calves, quads, midsection, and back. If you have tight hamstrings and glute muscles, you will experience injuries in a high impact game like hockey. These stretches are the ones i would recomment if you havent done stretches at all, but for more advance stretches you should look at other stretching videos.
