Improving Ankle Mobility

Ankle mobility is important for many reasons. The most common ankle mobility restriction is dorsiflexion, which is the motion you do if you point your ankles up towards you. The normal range of motion for ankle dorsiflexion is 20ยบ.
This video demonstrates a few different strategies to improve ankle range of motion, including: calf stretches, banded mobilizations, foam rolling, and self myofascial release techniques.
