Holla! There are NO squats and very little bending of the knees in this Knee Friendly leg workout that also targets the butt cheeks. You’re gonna get in a nice burn going to tone the entire lower body. Workout breakdown (for each leg):

Exercise #1: curtsy lunge + side kick (butt & quad)
Exercise #2: standing side leg lift (butt & outer thigh)
Exercise #3: standing side leg lift hold (outer thigh)
Exercise #4: standing side kick (butt & quad)
Exercise #5: runners kick back (hamstring back of leg & butt)
Exercise #6: up & down leg lift (hamstring & butt)
Exercise #7: inner thigh toner
Exercise #8: stretch
