Lean and Ripped Legs Exercises (Outdoor Band Workout)


These band or bodyweight leg exercises work more muscle then the machine squat, leg extension and leg curl:
1. Band Wall Sit
2. Band Deadlift
3. Band Front Squat
4. Isometric Split Squat
5. Isometric Single Leg Deadlift
6. Band Reverse Lunge

In this video, Joe teaches you to break through the excuses and train when you don’t want to train. You’ll get a bodyweight and band workout that will help you get ripped and big leg muscles. These exercises will also lead to greater overall fat burning and a six pack.
