Office Workout – Your Desk Workout

This video goes through a “Couch Stretch” which is good for hip flexor opening. It then goes through a lunge stretch which again, is good for stretching the hips. We then go through some Straight Leg Dead Lifts which is good for strengthening the glutes. Another yoga movement good for opening the hips is the “Pigeon Stretch.” We go through a standing pigeon stretch and finally, we go through a combination of doing a backward lunge stretch, coming up by pressing the heel into the floor to strengthen the glutes and into that pigeon stretch.
