Posture Exercises – Lower Back Stretches

Lower Back stretches aren’t one of the posture exercises everyone should be doing. They should only be performed by people who have a posture that predisposes them to tight back muscles.

This includes postures with an increased lumbar lordosis (a greater backwards curve of the lower back) or an anteriorly tilted pelvis (the top of the pelvis is rotated forward).
