Quad Stretches

Quad stretch

Standing tall, hold on to a chair or wall just in case you need support for balance. With your feet hip-width apart, your back straight and feet parallel, reach back and grab your left foot with your right hand but with the thighs still lined up next to each other. The leg needs to be in line with the hip. Repeat this with the right leg.

Stretching at your desk is made easier with this routine. You will not disturb anyone while doing this.
