Quick & Simple Daily Stretches

Every Post-Workout, you should be doing simple stretches for whatever body group you exercised that day. Here are a couple that I do on a regular basis!

*Single Leg Hamstring – Hold for 15 seconds, each leg
*Straight Leg Hamstring – Hold for 15-20 seconds
*Hamstring/Glute – Hold for 15-20 seconds, each side
*Pigeon Pose – Hold for 15-20 seconds, before adding in quad pull
*Glute/Back – Hold for 15-20 seconds, each side
*Shoulder/Tricep/Bicep – Hold for 15 sec, each group, each side
*Shoulder/Traps – Hold for 15 sec, pushing hands towards ceiling
