Have you ever had shoulder pain after playing tennis? It is not uncommon. Tennis is a sport that is tough on the shoulder and elbow. In this video we will go over 4 exercises that will help you to prevent rotator cuff injuries by building up the small muscles in the shoulder.
Be sure to perform each drill for 3 sets with 8 repetitions in each set. You will want to perform them 2-3 times per week, every week.
