2. NO LAYING ON STOMACH OR LAYING IN BED READING/USING PHONES/TABLETS/LAPTOPS ETC!
3. STRETCH GLUTES AND ITB EVERY NIGHT IN BED.
4. I had a gay mate who had bad sciatica and he wasnt doing any of the above BUT he would be laying on his stomach taking rod from behind and supporting himself with his elbows and that was triggering it.
