Shoulder & Neck Stretches Relieve Stiff Neck and Shoulders

http://Facebook.com/CoachBevSchlag These neck and shoulder stretches are moves that I do when I have a stiff neck or have a lot of tightness in my shoulders. Make sure that you are gentle when you push or pull in all the moves. Don’t do this if you have an injury. Follow your doctors recommendations. In each move you want to hold them for 30 seconds and you want to stretch each side equally even if one side isn’t hurting or bothering you. Please take a second and like the video.
