SKI FITNESS – After Ski Stretch

This video shows a series of stretch that can be used just after your day’s skiing, either on the mountain or when you get back home. Check with your physio that you are physically able to perform the stretches in this routine first. The content includes the following stretches:
– Hip Flexor
– Hamstring
– Glutes
– Piriformis
– Lower Back
– Angulation
– Calves
– Quads
