Stretches and Strengthening for backpackers (neck and back pain)

So, my first time making a movie ever. I learned a lot about my ineptitude as a movie maker haha. Wording is not awesome throughout (so if you need clarification, let me know), but it’s a bit of info on stretch and strengthening exercises directed toward backpackers. I wasn’t very clear for the neck strengthening. Do that while lying on your stomach. I was hoping to actually show you the exercises, but I strained my quads the other day. If I lie on the floor..
