Stretches to help prevent back pain while at work

This video will show you a some sitting and standing stretches that you can do at work to try and help prevent back pain. These include neck stretches, leg stretches, hip stretches and some back stretches.

If you feel anything other than what is described during the exercises please discontinue. None of these exercises should create any pain or discomfort.
