Stretching Exercises – Active Elbow Flexor Stretch

The actuive elbow flexor stretch is used to increase extension at the elbow, the athlete uses the uninvolved hand to assist elbow straightening by pushing the back of the elbow forwards. This should be held for 10 seconds and repeated 5 to 10 times.
