Just demonstrating some ways you can get that affected side working and stronger. Leg Lifts w/5 lb ankle weights, Squats, Single leg Squats, Lunges. As always, Please consult with you Doc or PT! I am not licensed–Yet! Just another Stroke Survivor hoping to help get you stronger & motivated! By the way, that was a warm up for me 🙂
