Subscapularis Broom Stretch Exercise for ALL Neck and Shoulder Problems – Dr Mandell

The subscapularis muscle is one of the four rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder. What makes this muscle unique from all the others, this muscle sits underneath the scapula over the rib cage and commonly adhesives (sticks likes glue) limiting range of motion and normal function. The end result is inflammation, muscle spasm, and pain in the neck and/or shoulder.
