Stretches included: Pecs, Biceps, Upper trap, Levator Scapulae, Scalenes, Triceps, Lats. All the aforementioned are important especially for swimmers and surfers and was presented during the Swim and Surf Workshop by physical therapist and owner, Steve Vighetti of Vighetti & Associates Sports Physical Therapy.
