A few days ago I was talking about the various stretches I’ve tried to help control spasms at night. I tried my best to describe the main position of it, but maybe a demonstration will be somewhat helpful to those with spinal injuries trying to exhaust those tight muscles and allow them to sleep. At least for a little while.
