Tight Hamstring Workarounds

For people who have difficulty bending forwards, the poses in this video are designed to help you get used to the “feeling” of bending forwards. That means learning to feel your pelvis tilting forwards relative to the legs.

I use a selection of different positions and finish with a “sneak attack” forward bend.
