BURNOUT- Bent over calf raises
4 x 20-25 Hack machine
4 ROUNDS x Barbell walking lunges
5 x 15-20 Leg extensions
3 x 10-15 Leg extensions (3 sec release)
5 x 10-12 Sumo Dead lifts
5 x 10-12 Squats
3-5 Static stretches/ Foam roll
