Stretching Your Upper body
Stretching your upper body including your neck is something that is ignored by a vast amount of the exercising poulation and also the inactive too. Rest assures that benefits are inevitable in a positive way if this becomes part of a daily lifestyle.
Stand or sit but make sure your shoulder are relaxed and back is straight. Move your right ear down towards the right shoulder and hold. Then, roll your head toward the ground bringing your
chin to your chest. Hold this [position and finally roll the head to the left and with the same motion as before bring the left ear to the left shoulder. Breathe in and breathe out in a slow and controlled manner.
