This is a dynamic stretch routine for Irish dancers to include into their warm up routine.
There are three movement sections of the stretch routine which are repeated a total of 5 times through to the music.
Movement 1: consists of just general on the spot knee raises
Movement 2: consists of knee raise relevè step back.
Movement 3: consists of knee raise into hip flexor stretch x 3 then into up hop back hop back 2,4
I would recommend doing the video twice through and remember to start off slow and gradually as your body is warming up begin to hop high and stretch further with each set of 5 that you do.
