Each fitinyourspace workout has the same format:
🚀2 cardio warm-up moves (alternate and repeat these moves until you feel warm and energised)
⚓️3 strengthening moves (do as many reps as you can)
🐍4 stretches (hold each stretch for as long as you feel you need to)
