Yoga for Back Pain With Fightmaster Yoga

Yoga for back pain is a class to both stretch and strengthen the back and strengthen the abdominal muscles. This class was suggested by Pink hope. April Kuan asked for yoga for good posture…which comes from a strong back. If you have back pain, please be mindful practicing these postures. We want to be sure that it helps and doesn’t hurt. If your back hurts more when you do backbends, be very gentle with the backbends here, start slowly. If your back hurts more when you fold forward, don’t go past 90 degrees fording forward and use a strap for the seated postures so you can sit up tall. Also, sit on the edge of a folded up blanket or pillow. As always listen to your body and rest when needed.
