SSBA Salon was the ‘cultural particle accelerator’ of the city theatre of Amsterdam, representing the city’s new generation of art & culture lovers.

SSBA Salon published a digital magazine with daily articles and hosted weekly events in the theatre and in the city. In 2014, a hall of the theatre was transformed into a new performance space. Salon collaborated with many leading young organisations, artists and intellectuals to create and present the finest in contemporary high and popular culture between 2012-2017, doubling attendance of young adults to the city theatre (now ITA).
